In this full day's event, we are going to be focusing on what you want and the tools and strategies that will get you there.

The sessions will get you thinking, dreaming, and working! So you don’t need to worry about taking a day out of the business and coming back with a long list of actions, we will be doing the work together. We will be walking with you through the process to get where you want to go!

Walking from New Street Station – 2 minutes
Exit the North exit ‘Stephenson Street’ or ‘New Street entrance’ and head up Lower Temple street past Caffé Nero.
Turn right at Starbucks and continue down New Street (Tesco on your left). Cannon Street is the second street on the left.
TheStudio is halfway along Cannon Street on the right hand side.
Walking from High Street NCP Car Park – 6 minutes
Exit the car park, turn left and walk down Dale End. Turn right opposite Marks & Spencer’s and head up Union Street, continue until you cross Corporation Street. Cannon Street is the first on the left, TheStudio is halfway down Cannon Street on the left hand side..

We have all thought many times about who our customer is, but how do we translate this information into a usable strategy to attract them, and then how do we build a relationship with them so they see you as the go-to expert.
1:00 pm – Lunch
Selling for the price you want with your values still intact
How to sell in a way that feels nice and sits with your values. We will also look at how to price your products and service that feels good and rewards you for the knowledge and effort you put in. I am not going to just tell you to double your price!

In this session, I am going to show you how to plan out your content and marketing so it brings your perfect customer

No, your event is run by your host Teresa. However, the odd guest may pop up here and there.
No, your ticket includes your morning drinks and pastries, a two course lunch and afternoon drinks and snacks.
No. You will need to book this separately.
Teresa wanted to put on an event that was open to everyone, regardless of their budget. This event is not about making money, your ticket price simply covers the costs.

There are stairs to all floors of the building. The stairs have handrails on each side, our landings have no handrails. Stairs are located next to the lifts.
There are 25 steps between each floor and the one above/below, separated by one landing.
Lifts are available to access all areas of the building visitors may need to reach. From the main
entrance door to the lifts it is between 6-10 meters distance.
Some stairways and the lift lobby on the Fore Street entrance are fronted by floor to ceiling
windows, which may startle you when entering the building or exiting the lift/stairwell.
The closest disabled parking spot is on Waterloo Street which is just around the corner from Cannon Street. Delegates would need an Orange or Blue Badge. Birmingham City Council information for disabled parking can be found here.

There are three railway stations within walking distance of TheStudio: Birmingham New Street, Snow Hill and Moor Street. New Street Station is just two minutes walk from TheStudio.
Parking – There is no onsite parking, though would recommend NCP High Street, postcode B4 7LN and NCP New Street, postcode B5 4AN. Both car parks are around a 10 minute walk from thestudio.
If the event has to be cancelled for any reason, your ticket will remain valid for a new date.
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
